In Internet Explorer:
Tools (Menu) > Internet Options > Privacy (Tab) > Advanced (Button)

You should check the box 'Override automatic cookie handling' and accept 'First-party Cookies' and 'Always allow session cookies' should be checked.

In Netscape Navigator:
Edit (Menu) > Preferences > Privacy & Security > Cookies

You should select "Enable cookies based on privacy settings" or "Enable All Cookies"

In Mozilla FireFox:
Tools (Menu) > Options > Privacy > Cookies (Expand)

You should check "Enable cookies" and "Accept cookies normally"
